Game ready mesh and textures for Torbjorn Hammer, from the game Overwatch 2

Material, meshes and textures names follow an easy to understand naming convention:
* WPN_ = Weapon Mesh;
* WPNM_ = Weapon Material;
* WPNT_ = Weapon Texture.
