This asset/model is not a model itself, but rather a geometry nodes modifier. The modifier "Shrinkwrap Multiple" does the same as Blender's "Shrinkwrap" modifier with "Nearest Surface Point" as selected method, but you don't have to join objects if you have multiple... All done via geometry nodes.
Just put multiple objects in a collection and select the collection as shrink-objects ... Including solidify, material setting, etc.
