Attempt to simulate and visualize curvature calculation.
How to use: Go to your mesh settings - Color Attributes. Creteate a new attribute with default name Color. Then you can go to the shading overlay, switch color of models to Attribute.
If you have a better solution, let me know.
In this one, you need to tweak the sensitivity to your model quite a lot, even if I tried to compensate with face areas, the result is different as soon as you change the subdivision resolution.
