scene: Green Silence
This scene was created using Blender, Substance Painter, SpeedTree, and Gaea.
To make it easier to work in the scene, I lowered the number of objects in the viewport. When you hit render, all the details will load.
Important note: Make sure to unpack the resources for better performance.
I created the terrain in Blender, shaping the land to create a flowing stream and varied vegetation. I added a few sets of textures to the landscape to blend different surfaces naturally.
I used SpeedTree to create different trees and bushes, then adjusted the placement to create a varied forest. The rocks and logs near the stream were modeled and textured directly in Blender.
For the background, I modeled the ruin structure and placed it in the distance.
The mountains were created using Gaea, and I shaped them to give the scene a sense of scale.
I set up the lighting for a sunny day and used volumetric clouds to fill the sky. The water also reflects the surrounding environment, adding depth to the scene.
After rendering in Cycles, I applied some post-processing and color correction in Blender.
