Use the Weave generator to weave two materials together (can be Pure PBR or procedural). Use the vector outputs of the weave generator with your personnal material and plug the outputs of your material into the material connector as if it was the principled shader. Plug the Mask X and Mask Y outputs of the weave generator into the corresonding inputs of the material connector and do the same thing with the displacement and the AO. Then plug the outputs of the material connector to the corresponding inputs of the Principled shader as you usually do.
